We’re seeding the marketplace with 25 founding coaches before public launch. The deal is straightforward: you help us shape the surface, we hand back permanent platform-fee economics that scale with your book.

- What does Career CoPilot take per session?
20% of the session fee. Founding coaches (first 25 to join before public launch) pay 10% for life. You set your own hourly rate.
- How do I get paid?
Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record. They handle the consumer payment + the tax + the payout to you. You connect your bank or Wise/Stripe account once.
- Do I need ICF or EMCC credentials?
Strongly preferred — particularly for senior-audience coaching. Not strictly required if you have a credible track record (15+ years senior operator experience, public portfolio, or a sponsor on our coach council).
- Can I take clients off-platform?
Yes. We never claim exclusivity over the relationship. If a client wants to work with you long-term outside of CoPilot's session billing, that's between you and them.
- What's the minimum commitment?
None. Set your availability to 0 hours/week any time. Pause your profile from listing. Resume when you want clients again.
- When does the marketplace go live?
Public launch is targeted for autumn 2026. Founding coaches go live as the consumer surface ships; clients see your profile before broader marketing kicks in.
- What's the target client?
Senior knowledge workers, £80-200k earning band, UK-first. Director, VP, Head-of, and C-level audiences across technology, fintech, professional services, public sector, and creative industries.
- Will I be told what to charge?
No. We publish guidance bands (e.g. £150-£250 for senior coaching) based on what comparable coaches charge, but you pick your number.
